Steve Scaffidi has resigned as mayor of Oak Creek and has joined WTMJ-AM (620) to co-host a mid-afternoon talk show with WTMJ executive news producer Erik Bilstad.
The show, which will launch Feb. 28, will run from noon to 3 p.m. weekdays. It replaces a talk show that had been hosted by Jeff Wagner, who moved to mid-mornings Jan. 3 after the December departure of conservative host Charlie Sykes.
Scaffidi has been a guest co-host on the afternoon show in recent weeks, at times teaming with Bilstad.…
