TrafficStars has announced the release of its Real-Time Bidding (RTB) system, making the company OpenRTB compliant and allowing Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), ad networks and affiliate networks to buy and sell traffic in real-time.
